I spent much of my childhood on the staircases, listening to people fight because we lived in a cottage. I was constantly nervous and afraid. “I think they were both going through a rough patch,” he continued. I felt a little guilty that my sister wasn’t present. My mother used to confide in me about her emotions. However, my father lacked much emotion. I never heard or comprehended his viewpoint.

The acting career of Ranbir Kapoor:
Saawariya, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, marked Ranbir’s screen debut. Later on, he starred in films such Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, Wake Up Sid, Bachan Ae Haseeno, and Rajneeti. The actor last appeared in Animal directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, which also starred Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Triptii Dimri, Suresh Oberoi, and Shakti Kapoor. Even though the film was a financial success, critics, actors, and viewers all criticized it for glorifying violence and portraying toxic masculinity.
The next film starring Ranbir will be Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, which is adapted from the same-titled epic by sage Valmiki.
Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and premiered in December of last year, was met with mixed reviews at first but ultimately became a huge box office hit. For the first time, actor Ranbir Kapoor has spoken out about the criticism, claiming that social media caused chaos.
Ranbir kapoor’s Response
When the host claimed that films shouldn’t be a place from which society derives their sense of morality, and looked only for entertainment, Ranbir shared that it was the intention behind Animal, but it was misconstrued.
They went all out to say that the movie was misogynistic. What occurs is that the effort you make… I am aware that the director of Kabir Singh experienced the same thing—that is, the hard work is minimized. Due to this unjustified label, the impression of this movie persisted.
The actor acknowledged that he decided to take on Animal in order to shed his “good boy” personal on the film.
“I had always pursued a career path that involved playing decent roles, attempting to convey positive social themes, and essentially playing the ‘good guy,’ embodying the romantic coming-of-age persona that I held. I thought this to be quite daring and adult-rated. I was afraid that I might not be accepted by the crowd. He continued, “A large portion of the audience felt that the movie was misogynistic and incorrect in some sense, despite the fact that it opened to incredible box office results and received a lot of affection.
When asked if he would do the movie over, Ranbir replied that he would. Ranbir disclosed that he believed Animal was the perfect movie at the perfect time to push his career past its current peak.
